仕事内容

We are seeking a Solution Architect who will play a pivotal role in helping Japanese manufacturing companies leverage GPU-acceleration and AI technologies, specifically for advancements in Chemistry and Materials Science. The responsibilities include acting as a technical expert with a vision for integrating NVIDIA GPU-accelerated tools and services, like ALCHEMI and CUDA-X libraries, into various workflows related to Industrial High-Performance Computing, Chemistry, Material Science, and Semiconductor Manufacturing.

Our primary goal is to support these industries as they navigate the adoption of GPU compute systems and AI technologies, assisting them through the entire sales and implementation process. As the technical liaison, you will help develop innovative products, closely collaborating with developers, scientific researchers, and data scientists to understand their unique goals and technical requirements, thereby delivering tailored, high-value solutions.

Your role also involves mentoring clients and partners, helping them optimize their use of GPU compute infrastructure, and ensuring they achieve maximum ROI. Documenting knowledge and facilitating learning is crucial, which includes crafting bespoke training materials, authoring technical documents such as whitepapers and blogs, and collaboratively solving complex technical challenges.

Staying at the forefront of the latest techniques in AI for Chemistry and Materials Science is vital, involving knowledge of atomistic simulation, machine learning interatomic potentials, graph neural networks, and structural generative AI models. Proficiency in Japanese and English is necessary, along with a solid background in computational sciences and 5+ years of industry experience. Skills in Python and C++ are also required, alongside strong communication, analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and knowledge sharing.

その他- **応募要件**: Excellent verbal, written communication, and technical presentation skills in Japanese. Business level English communication is also a requirement. BS or MS in Computational Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of industry or academic experience in the manufacturing ecosystem, applying the latest advances in AI for Chemical and Material Science. Strong fundamentals in programming, optimizations and software design, especially in Python and C++. Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and have a strong desire to share knowledge with clients, partners and co-workers.

- **望ましい経験**: Hands-on experience with CUDA and PyTorch. Experience developing or using Machine Learning Interatomic Potential (MLIP) models for chemical and materials discovery. Working knowledge running MD and DFT simulations. Familiarity with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) for property prediction of molecules, polymers, and formulations.
