仕事内容

We are tasked with joining NVIDIA's Infrastructure Specialist Team as a Senior Networking Solutions Architect, focusing on Ethernet (ETH) and InfiniBand (IB) networks. Our primary responsibility is to design and build AI and HPC infrastructures for both existing and new customers, ensuring their large-scale AI clusters operate reliably and efficiently. We engage throughout the entire service lifecycle—from its inception and design to deployment, ongoing operation, and improvement—always with a focus on performance, real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting.

In this role, we are the face of the company, interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams to analyze, define, and implement large-scale networking projects. We address operational and reliability aspects, maintaining service health by monitoring availability, latency, and overall system performance. Feedback loops are pivotal, as we provide insights to internal teams by reporting bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting enhancements.

To excel, we bring at least 8 years of experience with networking fundamentals and data center architecture, along with proficiency in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting LAN and InfiniBand networks. Our skill set includes a deep understanding of EVPN, BGP, OSPF, and VXLAN protocols, and extensive experience with network switch/router platforms like Cumulus Linux, SONiC, IOS, JunosOS, and EOS. We also develop CI/CD pipelines for network operations and deliver automated network provisioning solutions using tools such as Ansible, Salt, and Python. Customer satisfaction is key, requiring strong leadership and communication skills in both English and Japanese. Familiarity with cloud networks, Linux or networking certifications, and experience with HPC architectures or GPU-focused hardware/software could set us apart.

その他- **応募要件**: BS/MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields. At least 8 years of professional experience in networking fundamentals, TCP/IP stack, and data center architecture. Proficiency in configuring, testing, validating, and resolving issues in LAN and InfiniBand networks, especially in medium to large-scale HPC/AI environments. Advanced knowledge of EVPN, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN protocols. Hands-on experience with network switch/router platforms like Cumulus Linux, SONiC, IOS, JunosOS, and EOS. Extensive experience delivering automated network provisioning solutions using tools like Ansible, Salt, and Python. Ability to develop CI/CD pipelines for network operations. Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction. Self-motivated with leadership skills to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams. Strong written, verbal, and listening skills in English and Japanese are essential.

- **望ましい経験**: Familiarity with cloud networks (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. Linux or Networking Certifications. Experience with High-performance computing architectures. Understanding of how job schedulers(Slurm, PBS) work. Cluster management technologies knowledge (bonus credit for BCM (Base Command Manager).) Experience with GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) focused hardware/software.
