仕事内容
私たちは、製造業、建設業、スマートスペース、小売、メディア、エンターテインメント分野における開発者エコシステムの信頼できる技術アドバイザー、問題解決者、そしてVSS（Video Search and Summarization）ブループリントをはじめとするNVIDIA技術の普及を推進する役割を担います。具体的には、開発者製品、プラットフォーム、パイプラインにコアNVIDIAスタックを統合した革新的なソリューションを示すことにより、重要なワークロードを加速させます。また、サンプルコード、ガイド、デモンストレーションパイプライン、ツールといった技術有効化リソースについて助言し、現実の問題解決における技術の応用を強調します。
さらに、パートナーやスタートアップをオンボーディングし、NVIDIAのプラットフォームと統合するように指導し、共同イノベーションと次世代ソリューションの開発を奨励します。開発者エコシステムをマッピング、追跡、監視し、成長機会を特定し、技術ロードマップを策定、採用戦略を構築します。ソリューションアーキテクト、エンジニアリング、プロダクトマネジメント、マーケティングといった部門と協力し、開発者のエンゲージメントを推進し、パートナー採用戦略を最適化します。
パートナーの技術ニーズを代弁し、NVIDIAの内部プロダクトやエンジニアリングチームへのフィードバックとして活用、製品ロードマップに影響を与えるフィールド展開からの実行可能な洞察を提供します。また、会議での発表やユーザーグループとの関与、テクノブログやSNS投稿を通じて技術的に関心を引くリーダーとしての役割を果たします。

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a Master’s degree combined with equivalent practical experience. You should have at least 5+ years of professional experience in the technology field. This includes roles in software engineering, developer relations, and technical partnerships. Additionally, you need over 3 years of direct hands-on experience within your specific ecosystem. Established background in managing, working alongside, and growing developer programs at prominent technology organizations, video analytics, VLM ISVs, or pertinent sectors. Strong technical expertise in video analytics within high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or industry-specific frameworks and libraries. Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences from engineers to executives. Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams—including architectural development, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops. Proven ability to structure and complete complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external partners across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as needed. Intellectual flexibility and a track record of successfully growing penetration for innovative technology-based solutions. Good English communication skill in email and video conference. Proficient Japanese communication skill is must. - **望ましい経験**: Practical experience developing or improving vertical-specific solutions in video analytics. Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms such as CUDA and VSS. Track record in crafting and implementing systems for real-time processing and low-latency decision-making. Demonstrated experience in growing developer communities and offering significant technical enablement initiatives. |
