仕事内容
As a Senior Business Development Manager - Manufacturing at NVIDIA in Tokyo, Japan, our core responsibility is to drive revenue and pipeline growth within the manufacturing sector using NVIDIA's cutting-edge hardware and software solutions. We will be transforming traditional manufacturing workflows into autonomous AI-driven processes utilizing platforms such as NVIDIA Nemo, Nemotron, and the NVIDIA Agent Toolkit. Additionally, we will employ Omniverse for creating factory digital twins and leverage VSS Blueprint and FOX for developing seamless manufacturing solutions.
Our role involves deep collaboration with Developer Relations to engage target manufacturing companies, understanding their specific workload requirements, and accelerating them using NVIDIA's comprehensive libraries and platforms. We are tasked with crafting robust business models by leveraging OEM and NPN partner sales channels, allowing us to scale manufacturing solutions and establish critical customer touchpoints.
Managing opportunities both directly and through OEM and channel partners, we will ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting of all sales activities. Success in this role demands the coordinated engagement of resources from across the worldwide NVIDIA team. A significant aspect of our role is to build and nurture an ecosystem of partners, including system integrators and startups, who can successfully integrate NVIDIA libraries and platforms into customers’ agent AI systems.
To excel in these tasks, we need strong relationship-building skills with customers and partners, a strong background in sales of high-technology systems and software, and a solid understanding of AI or related markets. We need to be proactive, strategic in business development, possess a strong technical understanding of NVIDIA products and services, and excel in both English and Japanese communications.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a Master’s degree being desirable. 8+ years of sales experience in high-technology systems and software, covering the full sales cycle. Strong customer and partner relationship skills. Proven experience in building and implementing sophisticated go-to-market strategies. Business knowledge of AI or related markets. A passion for winning, with a strong interest in business strategy and excellent collaboration skills. Self-starter with integrity, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Technical knowledge of NVIDIA products and services. Proficient in English communication, including leading web conferences, and proficient in Japanese. Intellectual flexibility and a track record of successfully growing penetration for innovative technology solutions. - **望ましい経験**: Proven leadership in strategy execution and business growth.
