仕事内容

As the Senior Program Manager, we focus on leading two strategic recruiting programs for Salesforce, with a key emphasis on the APAC and Japan regions. The role involves managing the Employee Referral Program, which is crucial as it is Salesforce's top source of external hires. We design education initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase high-quality referral pipelines and ensure alignment with Salesforce’s global hiring strategy. Additionally, we handle the program’s branding, communication via platforms like Slack, Quip, and email, and manage inquiries related to referrals. Our responsibilities also include presenting at orientations, training team members, monitoring program data, and managing referral bonus payouts.

In parallel, we oversee the Insiders Program by managing operational workflows and ensuring a strong candidate-centered experience. This involves recruiting and training employee Insiders, creating resources for authentic representation of Salesforce’s culture, and running communication campaigns to engage Insiders. We also develop reporting frameworks to track program participation and use this data for process improvements.

To excel in this role, one must have over six years of program management experience in HR or talent acquisition, fluency in English and Japanese, and the ability to handle complex workstreams and communications strategies effectively. Proficiency in data tools and collaboration platforms is essential, and a proactive approach focused on process improvement is highly valued.

その他	- 応募要件: 6+ years of program management experience in HR, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, including leading strategic, scalable talent programs. Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese to support APAC/Japan stakeholders and local teams. Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional workstreams, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, including designing and executing multi-channel communication strategies for global, regional, and executive audiences. Experience building performance metrics frameworks and using data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau) to inform program decisions, and proficiency with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Quip, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet). - 望ましい経験: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach focused on continuous process improvement, operational excellence, and delivering a strong candidate and employee experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners and senior leadership without direct authority. Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, balancing competing high-impact priorities effectively. Hands-on experience with recruiting platforms (e.g., Workday) or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
