仕事内容
We are searching for a Global Account Manager (GAM) to work with a major Japanese automobile manufacturer, focusing on expanding our product portfolio's reach across enterprise accounts within the industry. As a leading part of our Enterprise Sales team, you will be essential in managing our global enterprise accounts, developing comprehensive account plans to maximize revenue potential. Your role involves managing complex sales cycles, often directly engaging C-level executives to showcase the value of our complete suite of cloud services.
You will be responsible for forecasting sales revenue achievement and ensuring customer satisfaction is sustainable. You will also play a key role in promoting our offerings through product demonstrations, in-market events, and specific account initiatives. Key to this position is a strong track record in solution selling within a global account setting, the ability to strategically define and implement account plans for top-tier accounts, and the capability to sell both applications and platform deployment.
Additionally, you will optimize internal and external networks and demonstrate exemplary relationship-building skills to grow and strengthen connections. Leveraging C-level and line-of-business (LOB) relationships effectively while exhibiting self-starting traits, risk-taking, and a strong drive to succeed is crucial. Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is required, particularly in oral and written communication, as is the ability to negotiate complex deals effectively.
