仕事内容

As a Technical Support Engineer at Informatica, we are responsible for delivering top-tier technical support to our customers, partners, and internal teams, focusing on a diverse range of Cloud products such as Master Data, Data Integration, Data Quality, and Data Governance. Our role requires us to tackle customer issues and manage escalations within Salesforce CRM, ensuring a complete resolution by thoroughly analyzing and replicating problems. We are expected to maintain high customer satisfaction through effective issue management, clear communication, and collaboration across various teams to expedite issue resolution and prevent escalations.

Key tasks include engaging with regional partners to offer proactive support and guidance, meticulously managing follow-ups, and handling customer interactions with confidentiality and diplomacy. We must possess excellent communication skills, allowing us to interact proficiently with customers at all levels, troubleshoot problems efficiently, and deliver solutions effectively.

We need to have strong technical expertise in Java programming and a good understanding of relational databases like Oracle and MS SQL Server. Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, Cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP, and web service frameworks including REST and SOAP is essential. Experience with network troubleshooting and open API specifications, such as Swagger, will be advantageous. As we operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to technological changes is crucial for our success in this role.
