仕事内容
私たちは、Central OperationsでAIと自動化を活用して分析を推進し、経営層の意思決定を支援するシニアビジネスインテリジェンスエンジニアを求めています。この役割では、200以上のデリバリーステーションにまたがる大規模なラストマイル運用データから行動可能なインサイトを導き出すために、AIを活用した分析ツールを設計・構築します。具体的な業務には、チームのBIアーキテクチャとして自動化されたパイプライン、セルフサービスダッシュボード、およびスケーラブルなデータモデルの設計・開発が含まれ、週内計画やリアルタイム実行モニタリングをサポートします。また、異常検知や運用リスクを経営層にフィードバックするためのメトリクスフレームワークを定義します。さらに、新しいビジネスイニシアティブに向けたデータソリューションのアーキテクチャ設計や、ジュニアエンジニアの指導・育成、他チームへのBIのベストプラクティスの普及も行います。これらを通じて運用効率を向上させ、コスト削減と品質向上に寄与します。

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - 8+ years of as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a related occupation experience - Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills. - Experience with AWS technologies - Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling - Experience with theory and practice of information retrieval, data science, machine learning and data mining - Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - **望ましい経験**: - Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience working as a BIE in a technology company - Master's degree in statistics, data science, or an equivalent quantitative field - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese |
