仕事内容

As a Technical Architect at Salesforce, our primary responsibilities involve designing and managing the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for clients. We collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and set expectations, translating business needs into robust, well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. This includes integrating autonomous AI capabilities using technologies such as Agentforce. Our role involves leading Enterprise AI Architecture efforts by designing and incorporating scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within custom Salesforce environments, ensuring optimization of performance and resource consumption.

We lead technical design sessions, document technical solutions aligned with client objectives, and utilize advanced Language Learning Models (LLMs) like Claude to scrutinize architectural assumptions and simulate system edge cases. Providing oversight and governance of Salesforce projects is key, as we champion an AI-First Delivery and Engineering methodology by employing advanced AI tools and developer assistants.

We are also responsible for managing custom development, integrations, and data migrations, utilizing tools like GitHub Copilot to expedite the generation of Apex classes and REST integrations. Our tasks include developing frameworks to evaluate AI performance and its business value, thereby focusing on performance evaluation and ROI. Additionally, we may engage in activities such as pre-sales technical deep dives and prototype development using AI tools.

Strong engagement with Japanese-speaking clients is crucial, necessitating fluency in Japanese for effective communication within the Japan market. Travel to client sites, estimated at 50-75%, is also part of our responsibilities, ensuring that we maintain strong client relations and successful project outcomes.
