仕事内容
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, we will lead the deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging our Agentforce platform and other advanced technologies. Our role involves designing, developing, and architecting bespoke AI solutions that address complex customer problems, ensuring end-to-end technical delivery. We will manage the entire technical lifecycle, from coding and system configuration to troubleshooting, while guiding junior team members to ensure successful implementation and impactful business outcomes.
Our responsibilities include building scalable production systems, focusing on complex AI and Large Language Model (LLM) deployments integrated with Salesforce. We will collaborate with customers to create customized intelligent agents tailored to their specific business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
In managing the data lifecycle, we will design data models, construct efficient processing pipelines, and develop integration strategies, optimizing data readiness and security for advanced AI applications. Additionally, we will proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring continuous progress throughout the solution delivery process.
Our role as field experts in the Agentforce platform will be pivotal, as we innovate and push its capabilities, crafting automated business processes and user experiences that influence future product development. We will become trusted advisors to our clients, translating their needs into actionable technical solutions, and leading technical discussions to build strong strategic partnerships.
Furthermore, we will conduct in-depth technical debugging, perform root cause analysis, and engage in rapid prototyping to iterate and refine solutions. By implementing and advocating best practices in engineering, we will ensure the quality, scalability, security, and maintainability of all deployed solutions, serving as a technical role model in the process.
