仕事内容
As Salesforce Technical Consultants, we are responsible for transforming our customers' businesses and their customer experiences by delivering Salesforce Platform solutions using AI-powered tools and methodologies. Our role involves a significant amount of programming—about 75%—with a focus on using Salesforce's Apex language, JavaScript, the Lightning Web Component Framework, and various JS Frameworks. We integrate APIs to link Salesforce applications with cloud and back-office systems, leveraging AI-assisted development tools like Einstein for Developers to enhance speed and quality. Our responsibilities also include designing and implementing AI-native solutions such as Agentforce, LLM flows, and Einstein models, as well as demonstrating the value of Salesforce AI capabilities to clients and turning technical solutions into business outcomes.
In addition, we adhere to best practices in Salesforce's Services team, focusing on AI delivery standards and prompt governance to ensure that we help clients consistently meet and exceed their goals and metrics. We contribute to customer success through development across both front and back-end systems, manage solution releases, and strive to deliver high customer satisfaction (CSAT). We also commit to our professional growth by keeping up with AI tooling advancements. Our engagements with clients, especially in the Japan market, benefit from our business-level proficiency in Japanese, which aids in effective communication and trust-building. Our role may also involve travel to client sites, averaging 50% but variable based on engagement requirements.
