仕事内容

As part of Salesforce's team, we aim to drive successful revenue growth in the Japan, Korea, and Taiwan sales verticals. As a Senior Manager, Deal Desk, our role is to serve as principal deal advisors and commercial strategists. We go beyond transactional support, acting as extensions of leadership to mitigate risks and uncover growth opportunities in complex enterprise transactions. We are responsible for guiding enterprise account teams through the lifecycle of intricate deals, developing strategic concession strategies, and structuring options that optimize revenue and protect margins.

We partner with senior leaders during critical deal cycles, providing thought leadership and navigating high-pressure situations with courage and insight. Our role includes connecting diverse enterprise deals and initiatives to strategic business objectives and integrating AI-powered tools for deal analysis and pricing optimization. We tackle technical and organizational barriers to AI adoption, proposing solutions that scale efficiency.

Our responsibilities also involve synthesizing complex information for executive leadership to facilitate understanding and swift decision-making. We drive the creation of strategic visions for commercial initiatives, designing execution roadmaps and ensuring accountability across functions.

To succeed, we require extensive experience in pricing strategy, sales financial analysis, and commercial management. Proficiency in Japanese and English, exceptional communication skills, analytical rigor, and high proficiency in AI tools are essential. Additionally, experience in strategic finance or pricing is advantageous, along with familiarity in leveraging AI/ML tools and understanding Large Language Models.

- Experience: 10+ years of demonstrated ability in pricing strategy, sales financial analysis, commercial management, or relevant enterprise software/SaaS experience supporting complex enterprise deals.
- Education: Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role.
- Language Tech: Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) in Japanese and English is required.
- Executive Presence: Proven experience advising, influencing, and navigating conflict at the SVP+ level. Ability to maintain composure and drive productive outcomes in high-pressure, ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill highly complex commercial, financial, and legal structures into concise, executive-ready summaries.
- Analytical Rigor: Superior analytical background with a proven track record of using data-driven dashboards (e.g., Tableau, CRM Analytics) to drive regional business decisions.
- AI Fluency: High proficiency in using AI-powered tools to support deal analysis, pricing optimization, and workflow automation. Ability to interpret and act on AI-generated insights to drive strategic deal recommendations.

- **望ましい経験**:
- Experience in a dedicated commercial pricing, investment banking, or strategic finance function is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI/ML tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or similar) for sales analytics and revenue intelligence.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate and scale deal desk workflows.
- Fluency in Korean or Mandarin is highly desirable.
