仕事内容

We are seeking a Global Account Manager (GAM) responsible for managing and expanding relationships with a major Japanese automobile manufacturer within our Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will focus on a particular industry, managing enterprise accounts and selling our comprehensive portfolio of technology products. Your primary responsibility will be to build and implement an account plan designed to maximize revenue potential from top-tier accounts. You will manage complex sales cycles, often interacting directly with C-level executives to communicate the value of our full suite of cloud services.

Your task will involve forecasting sales revenue and activities while ensuring sustainable customer satisfaction and representing the salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives. You would need to demonstrate a strong track record of solution selling experience on a global scale and have the capability to strategically map account plans. Selling both application services and platform deployments is essential, as is the ability to effectively optimize both internal and external networks.

Strong relationship-building skills are crucial, with an ability to grow and nurture relationships, particularly leveraging C-level and line of business (LOB) relationships. You should exhibit self-starting characteristics, a risk-taking attitude, and a drive to succeed. Proficiency in both oral and written communication in English and Japanese is necessary, along with the ability to negotiate complex deals successfully.
