Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.Department Description:CSGとは、顧客を成功に導くことを最重要ミッションとするカスタマーサクセスグループのことです。事業上の観点からは、CSGはSalesforceのポストセールス部門にあたり、顧客マネジメント部門やコンサルティング部門、サポート部門やリニューアル部門で構成されています。Role Description (Introduction):このロールの候補者は、CSGのSuccess部門のリーダーに対して様々な戦略的示唆を提示したり、定常的な部門運営業務を推進するオペレーションチームの一員として、リソース管理(国内外のコンサルタント/エンジニア)を通じて貢献します。候補者は、CSG Success部門のリーダーにとって信頼に足るアドバイザーとしての立ち位置を確立する必要があります。Successリソースに関する戦略的なビジョンを示すことが求められるとともに、顧客の成功や成長に対する革新的なアプローチを提示する必要があります。Your Impact (Success):このロールは、CSG Success部門のBooking(受注額)、利益率、リソースの安定的な供給に貢献します。業務のアウトプットとして、Success部門のリソース構成を踏まえた戦略的な成長プランの策定や、それにつながる業務プロセスの改善、傾向分析、示唆の提示などがあります。業務上は、Success部門のリソースと営業担当者の間に立って、案件への最適な人員配置を実現するためのプロセス作りや海外リソースの調達などを論理的、効率的、かつ強力に推進することが求められます。候補者は、部門内だけではなくグローバルCSG組織、財務や採用、人事、部門戦略担当者と密接に協業することが求められます。Your Impact (Responsibilities):CSG Success部門の状況を分析し、リソースの観点から部門の成長につながる中長期戦略やイニシアチブを積極的に立案・推進すること部門のリソース供給を安定させ、先を見越したリソースマネージメントをすること案件への最適な人員配置のための仕組みづくり、社内他部署からのリソース調達、海外リソースの調達を推進すること日本のCSG全体の方向性やサービス部門の戦略との整合性を取るために、グローバルのCSG組織や財務、人事、IT等の各部門と協業し、部門運営業務の改善を図ること高いレベルのビジネス目標に対し、進捗を図るためのメトリックスを定義しそれらをレポート/ダッシュボードを用いて計測すること。常に部門全体の状況を俯瞰し、改善機会を特定し、関係部署を巻き込みながら継続的に進化させることビジネスの進捗やKPIを定期的に分析・報告し、データと分析に基づいたマネジメントの意思決定をサポートすることMinimum Qualifications (Required):3～5年の事業部門運営や同等の部門運営・管理経験。特にコンサルティング等のサービス・ビジネスチームとの密接な協業ご経験。人的リソース管理のご経験があれば尚可自社・顧客問わず業務改善案を自ら立案し、提案、実行、運用されたご経験他部門との協業や問題解決に関する調整・交渉能力。および新しい要求や事象に柔軟かつ適切に対応する能力SaaSやコンサルティング事業/Success事業に関する知識、ご経験チームでゴールを達成する意思世界の様々な文化的相違の理解と、それに基づく交渉経験日本語のスキル（流暢）、英語のスキル（ビジネスレベル）Preferred Qualifications (NOT Required):Salesforce製品知識・資格IT project 参画経験Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
