仕事内容
In this role as Managing Partner (MP), we are responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing success of Workday's subscription adoption product, Workday Success Plans, for our assigned group of deploying and production customers. Our primary focus is on managing executive relationships and driving the effective use of the solutions we provide, which includes ensuring our customers are fully utilizing the components of their Success Plan and recognizing the benefits of our services. We participate in sales cycles to support implementation activities for potential customers and are accountable for customer satisfaction, subscription revenue retention, subscription revenue growth, and internal practice contribution.
Our responsibilities include advocating for customers within Workday, orchestrating resources to meet our Success Plan commitments, and promoting an experience that eases future renewals. We collaborate with Sales and Services Executives to position and sell Workday products, mitigate deployment risks, and offer post-production services. We also develop and maintain customer executive relationships, manage contact records, participate in customer steering committee meetings, and assist customer implementation teams with scope, budget, timeline, and deployment issues. Additionally, we address customer concerns, drive the adoption of Workday's innovations, promote customer self-sufficiency, and generate customer references and stories to support new business opportunities.
To be successful, candidates need over 10 years of experience deploying large, SaaS solutions at a senior level, competency in positioning and selling professional services, and experience working with software sales teams. Maintaining C-level relationships and managing multiple customer demands are crucial, alongside being bilingual in Japanese and English.
