仕事内容
In this role as a Principal Service Executive within Workday's Professional Services organization, we focus on business development for the most strategic and complex opportunities in Japan, ensuring effective planning, management, and execution. We are integral to the Workday Pre-Sales Services team, collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to enhance Workday subscription sales. Leveraging our enterprise implementation and consulting experience, we assist clients in crafting detailed project plans that encompass scope, resource requirements, deployment strategies, timelines, costs, and risk assessments.
Our expertise in various deployment methodologies allows us to tailor approaches to each customer's unique context, facilitating successful implementations. We construct compelling services value propositions, emphasizing Workday's Professional Services and innovative deployment methodologies as efficient and low-risk paths to achieving value. As leaders, we manage the largest and most intricate service deals, engage directly with executive-level clients, and mentor our peers to disseminate best practices across the team.
We work closely with Service Partners in Japan to collaboratively plan projects, manage partner capacity, and expand the ecosystem. Our responsibilities include leading Professional Services business development, aligning services strategy for key accounts, presenting services overviews, and guiding discovery sessions with stakeholders. We undertake proposal validation, staffing models, project planning, and risk assessment, ensuring tailored service offerings align with customer business outcomes.
Additionally, we focus on maintaining accurate service forecasts, managing agreements and contracts with commercial precision, and fostering partner enablement. Our role also extends to supporting activities, participating in events, responding to inquiries, and driving thought leadership within the team. Through these efforts, we aim to establish and maintain strong, solution-oriented relationships with prospects and customers, adhering to both strategic business goals and market demands.
