仕事内容
As a Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer Success at Datadog, our primary responsibility is to lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers in Japan. This involves recruiting, onboarding, managing performance, and coaching team members to effectively support Datadog's strategic and global accounts in the region. We focus on driving strategic value, increasing adoption, and facilitating the expansion of Datadog's solutions among our largest customers.
Our duties include defining and implementing customer success strategies tailored to the Japanese enterprise market to ensure proactive adoption, value realization, and renewal of complex, multi-product deployments. We aim to establish trusted advisor relationships with senior and executive stakeholders within Fortune 1000 companies and leading Japanese enterprises, aligning Datadog's offerings with their business and technology priorities.
We also oversee the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to renewal and expansion across various product lines and regions. Utilizing data and analytics, we identify adoption trends and risks, designing strategies for mitigation and growth, including contract optimization and multi-year commitments.
Additionally, we collaborate with various teams—Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, Product, and Finance—to ensure a unified, high-quality customer experience and develop joint account strategies in Japan. We serve as an escalation point for key accounts, aiming to resolve issues effectively while enhancing long-term customer trust and satisfaction.
By partnering with regional leadership, we relay the voice of the customer back to Datadog, influencing product strategies and market approaches for Japan and the broader APJ region. Our role also involves refining operational processes to drive accountability and predictability, fostering a culture of customer centricity, continuous improvement, and high performance within the Japan CS team.
