仕事内容

At Qt, our Talent Acquisition team is essential to our growth by identifying and recruiting exceptional talent worldwide. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for the APAC region, based in Japan, you will manage recruitment activities across Asia-Pacific, including Japan, India, China, and Korea. Your responsibilities include leading the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer management, partnering with hiring managers to devise hiring strategies and meet workforce needs by understanding regional talent landscapes. You will build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions and cultures, facilitating the adoption of Qt's recruitment practices to establish consistent and engaging hiring experiences. Developing and maintaining talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles is crucial, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience by making efficient, data-driven hiring decisions. This role requires several years of talent acquisition experience, especially in international settings, strong stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in English and Japanese to communicate effectively with candidates and business stakeholders. Your proactive approach and successful handling of recruitment processes will contribute to Qt's mission of driving innovation and supporting business objectives globally.

その他	- 応募要件: Several years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in an international in-house environment Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all organizational levels Experience recruiting across multiple APAC markets, with a solid understanding of talent landscapes in Japan, India, China, and Korea Experience working in international and cross-cultural teams Fluent English and professional-level Japanese language skills, enabling effective communication with both candidates and business stakeholders A proactive, consultative working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently - 望ましい経験: Recruitment experience outside the APAC region, bringing a broader global perspective Experience supporting the implementation of new recruitment processes, tools, or ways of working Experience in employer branding, talent attraction initiatives, or talent market intelligence
