About the Role At Qt, our Talent Acquisition team plays a key role in helping the business grow by attracting and hiring exceptional talent across the globe. We partner closely with leaders and teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience while continuously evolving our hiring practices and ways of working. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, APAC, you will take ownership of recruitment activities across the Asia-Pacific region, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders in multiple countries to identify and attract top talent. Based in Japan, you will serve as a trusted recruitment partner, supporting hiring needs across diverse markets including Japan, India, China, and Korea. In this role, you will collaborate closely with managers to embed our modern hiring approach, helping create effective, consistent, and engaging recruitment experiences across the region. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across the APAC region, from sourcing through offer management Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, workforce needs, and talent priorities Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different functions, countries, and cultures Support the adoption of Qt's recruitment practices and processes through collaboration, consultation, and guidance Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions across APAC Deliver an excellent candidate experience while ensuring efficient and data-driven hiring decisions What You Bring to the Table Several years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in an international in-house environment Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all organizational levels Experience recruiting across multiple APAC markets, with a solid understanding of talent landscapes in Japan, India, China, and Korea Experience working in international and cross-cultural teams Fluent English and professional-level Japanese language skills, enabling effective communication with both candidates and business stakeholders A proactive, consultative working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Bonus Points For...
