仕事内容
As Recruiting Sourcers at Datadog, we play a vital role in the company's growth by identifying exceptional talent. We partner closely with recruiters to craft creative and customized strategies aimed at engaging passive candidates. Acting as the initial point of contact in the hiring process, our responsibilities include uncovering top-notch candidates and sharing the Datadog narrative. We work within a hybrid office environment to promote a culture of collaboration and creativity. Our key tasks involve generating and maintaining a pipeline of both active and passive candidates for complex and hard-to-fill positions through various methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing campaigns, and Google X-Ray searches. Additionally, we amplify job openings internally and leverage employee networks to discover hidden talent. By developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, we track progress and share insights with stakeholders. Our work also includes mapping the talent market, monitoring talent flow, and identifying companies housing desired talent. Furthermore, our expertise extends to event/project management, messaging analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Through creative, innovative, and results-driven approaches, we focus on turning passive prospects into candidates, emphasizing diversity in our talent searches.
