仕事内容
In this role, we support management and senior leadership in integrating process and quality improvements into Intel's supply chain strategy. Our responsibilities include defining material inspection methodologies, conducting studies on cost control, process control, and production yield, and implementing plans to optimize the supply chain. We contribute to the development of the product long-range plan by defining next-generation methodology capabilities and exploring emerging industry technologies. Furthermore, we evaluate Intel's future technology needs and highlight any gaps between strategic roadmaps, manufacturing capabilities, and market demands, proposing solutions to address these gaps.
We monitor supply-demand trends, perform root cause analysis to identify opportunities for process and quality improvements, and collaborate with supply chain leads to implement solutions. We lead supplier selection processes in partnership with commodity managers and technical partners, ensuring commodity performance compliance through detailed product and purchase specifications. Additionally, we mitigate risks associated with single-sourced commodities by establishing control standards, determining KPIs, and conducting supplier process validation activities.
Our role also involves driving supplier improvements in quality, reliability, yield, and cost, maintaining quality standards, managing quality excusions, and conducting failure mode analysis with suppliers. We seek candidates with a strong foundation in semiconductor manufacturing, process development, and optimization, as well as proficiency in quality management, data analytics, and supplier management. Effective communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams are essential.

In-depth knowledge required in Semiconductor Fab, Substrate or Mother Boards or Assembly Test manufacturing process,. Process development and optimization, manufacturing operations management, Analytical Problem Solving, Statistical Process Control (SPC) - **望ましい経験**: Knowledge, hand-on skills and experience in quality management, data analytics, raw materials management, cleanroom operations, foreign material control and supplier management will be a very strong added advantage. Fluent communication and articulation skills in business level English, strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate and interact with internally and supplier's management highly required. Strong ability to work in cross functional teams are required. |
