仕事内容
As an E-commerce Sales Manager at Logicool, our primary responsibility is to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the growth of our online business in Japan, with a particular focus on marketplace and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels. We are tasked with validating and developing channel strategies, ensuring effective execution and taking full ownership of these strategic initiatives. A critical part of our role is devising and executing sales strategies across all online platforms, aiming for short-, medium-, and long-term successes.
We are responsible for driving online sales (sell-out), delivering accurate and timely business forecasts and revenue reports, and aligning our strategies with global and regional directives. Collaborating with local teams, especially in online customer marketing, to develop and monitor annual marketing plans is essential to our success. Achieving revenue growth targets while maintaining financial metrics across all customers and channels is expected.
The position requires engaging with agency partners to strengthen implementation capabilities, optimizing shopper conversion through insights, and partnering with marketing teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. Essential qualifications include a minimum of five years in sales planning, with experience in selling consumer products—ideally hardware devices in e-commerce. Proficiency in data-driven digital marketing, understanding the digital reseller landscape, and strong analytical skills are crucial. We also emphasize a highly collaborative, hands-on approach, along with native or fluent Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
