仕事内容
In our People Solutions role, we aim to create a positive and productive experience for managers, employees, and HR Business Partners through efficient HR transactions. We deliver essential HR solutions with high customer satisfaction by evaluating issues, determining resolutions or escalations, and effectively communicating outcomes. Key tasks include managing HR-related queries, executing HR transactions, and serving as the central point of contact for HR matters using various systems like Workday and case management systems. We provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels such as phone, web chat, or portal, and act as subject matter experts in areas like Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and HR systems.
Our responsibilities extend to managing employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to termination, and administering HR employment issues. We support employee administration, manage vendor relations for benefits, and maintain accurate HR data across systems. We strive for process optimization, using lean and Six Sigma approaches, ensuring high performance in quality and delivery. Our role involves initiating and managing HR transactions, conducting internal audits for compliance, and participating in projects to enhance customer experience.
Additionally, we hold regular meetings with HR Business Partners and stakeholders, promoting available People Solutions and multi-channel tools. We actively contribute to the improvement of corporate services and procedures, aiming to increase employee satisfaction and achieve results. The role requires a minimum of three years in HR, with expertise in HRIS or ELM and fluency in English, Chinese, and Korean. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
