仕事内容
We are seeking a leader to define and advance Takeda's financial communications strategy, articulating the company's growth story to shareholders, retail investors, analysts, employees, and other key stakeholders. As the architect of our financial growth narrative, you will ensure our communications are clear, consistent, and compelling, fostering stakeholder confidence, engagement, and understanding of our strategy, performance, and value creation.
In this role, you will work closely with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team, taking charge of Global Finance internal communications. Collaborating with Investor Relations, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Legal, and our global Communications team, you will develop the frameworks and alignment needed for effectively communicating our business performance and growth ambitions.
Your responsibilities will include leading our global financial communications strategy and serving as a key strategist and advisor to the CFO. You will spearhead Global Finance communications and partner with the CFO on employee engagement and non-financial matters. Additionally, you'll drive investor relations partnership, ensuring our communications enhance stakeholder engagement.
You will refine Takeda's growth narrative, ensuring consistency across various platforms, and act as the strategic hub for investor-related communications, offering counsel on financial messaging and stakeholder perceptions. You'll oversee earnings communications, maintain relationships with media globally, and act as spokesperson when necessary.
You will manage financial communications for major milestones, develop retail shareholder engagement strategies, and identify risks affecting shareholder confidence. As part of the Corporate Communications leadership team, you will align communications priorities with investor-facing activities and support governance, transparency, and compliance requirements.
Leading the Financial Communications team, you will foster a high-performing global community, ensuring strategic impact through collaboration and excellence, while also contributing to organizational talent development and capability building.
