仕事内容
In this role, we are responsible for owning and driving the standardization and governance of Analytical Lifecycle Management (LCM) Portfolio across different modalities related to analytical commercial control strategies, which include methods and specifications. Our goal is to ensure consistent and scientifically-sound decision-making frameworks are in place. This includes establishing and maintaining RACI matrices and processes.
We will oversee the standardization, creation, and maintenance of analytical LCM method risk registers across the entire portfolio and network. Collaborating with analytical program leads, we will monitor these risk registers to develop roadmaps and strategies for Analytical LCM aimed at methods that are at risk. Working closely with Analytical LCM Modality Leads, we provide functional leadership to all Analytical LCM Program representatives to ensure consistent scientific direction, effective portfolio prioritization, capability building, and accountability for program deliverables.
Our responsibilities also extend to managing resourcing for the Analytical LCM Portfolio. We will set and execute the enterprise Analytical resourcing strategy, prioritizing analytical portfolio needs across both internal and external labs in collaboration with program leads and laboratory scientists.
We serve as the strategic interface with key stakeholders for cross-modality portfolio planning, embedding AQbD and risk-based thinking in method development, qualification, validation, and lifecycle management. This is aimed at improving robustness, reducing investigations, and accelerating technology transfer and comparability.
We will define, maintain, and communicate the global Analytical LCM Portfolio Strategy, aligning it with pipeline needs and ensuring integration into commercial lifecycle management. Our role includes establishing governance for analytical lifecycle management across the network, ensuring standards, training, and inspection readiness are maintained. We will also oversee the creation of standards, templates, and governance for method development and validation/verification.
By establishing effective partnerships with QA, QC, Manufacturing/MSAT, Regulatory CMC, and other functions, we ensure submission-ready analytical sections, inspection readiness, and governance for change control and lifecycle management. Our aim is to drive excellence in the Analytical LCM Portfolio through improved working practices, knowledge management, metrics, and continuous improvement, ultimately enhancing throughput, compliance, and quality outcomes.
