仕事内容
In this role, we are responsible for the comprehensive oversight and strategic direction of the Analytical Lifecycle Management (LCM) for Synthetic Molecules, including traditional synthetic molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides, and linker payloads for ADCs. As the single point of accountability, we ensure all analytical LCM activities are aligned with the overarching CMC program plans from late development through to commercialization. We collaborate directly with analytical LCM program leads to establish and maintain program plans, roadmap oversight, and method risk registers, ensuring robust analytical control strategies are in place throughout the commercial product's lifecycle.
We are tasked with ensuring the successful integration and resource allocation of analytical strategies across departments, including MSAT Analytical, Pharm Sci, Quality, Regulatory, and IT, to harmonize program plans with corporate strategies. Our role involves preparing submission-ready analytical sections, ensuring inspection readiness, and guiding change control and lifecycle management governance.
We drive analytical technology innovation within synthetic molecule programs, working with key stakeholders in PharmSci and QC labs to incorporate cutting-edge methodologies for improved product control, efficiency, compliance, and quality. By promoting AQbD principles and risk-based thinking, we enhance method development, validation, and lifecycle management, leading to increased robustness, reduced investigations, and accelerated technology transfer and comparability.
Overall, we lead a strategic and technical management approach to analytical development, integrating small molecule product strategies with modern analytical platforms and informatics, ensuring successful regulatory submissions and approvals. Our position requires significant leadership experience and expertise in analytical technologies, particularly within the context of APIs and drug products, emphasizing separation sciences and regulatory compliance.
