仕事内容
We are tasked with leading the analytical development strategy for our small molecule portfolio, playing a key role across cross-functional teams from early-stage candidate selection to late-stage clinical trials and registration. In this leadership role, we ensure that analytical strategies for drug substances and products are comprehensive and phase-appropriate. Mentoring is a crucial part of our job, as we guide internal leaders and scientists, promoting professional growth and technical excellence. Our strategic approach also involves collaborating with leadership teams to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and accelerate development timelines, ensuring a swift move from candidate molecules to clinics and markets.
We are responsible for setting scientifically justified specifications for drug substances and products, advising on holistic control strategies, and handling regulatory submissions for global approvals. Responding to health authority inquiries is part of our scope. Collaborating with Quality Assurance, we manage investigations, deviations, and corrective actions. Our cross-functional role sees us aligning project teams, working closely with Process Chemistry, Formulation, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Supply Chain.
We leverage extensive industry experience to identify and mitigate operational bottlenecks, ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations, ICH guidelines, and global health authority expectations. Our expertise includes analytical development, validation, stability program design, and understanding of industry practices related to nitrosamines, dissolution, and impurity identification. This experience aids us in driving analytical activities within the CMC framework efficiently.

PhD and 15+ years relevant industry experience. - **望ましい経験**: - Leadership & Mentorship: Proven track record of successfully mentoring and elevating junior/mid-level analytical leaders or project managers. - Business & Operational Acumen: Demonstrated capability to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and implement successful cost-containment or timeline-acceleration initiatives within CMC models. - Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cGMP regulations, ICH guidelines, and global health authority expectations (FDA, EMA) for small molecule development with technical expertise in synthetic molecules and oligosaccharides and/or peptides. - Oversight Acumen: Proven track record in analytical development/ validation, stability program design and tech transfer as well as a strong knowledge of industry standard practices for nitrosamines, dissolution, solid form characterization, impurity identification and polymorph predication. Extensive experience driving analytical activities within a CMC team as either an Analytical Representative or CMC lead. |
