仕事内容
As an Operations Analyst in the Career Accelerator Program at Texas Instruments, we will immerse ourselves in professional and technical training to expedite our integration into the company and prepare for long-term career success. Our role involves working in several key operations areas. In Inventory Operations, we'll devise operating plans to ensure timely product delivery, focus on ramping new products, and optimize cycle times for current products while collaborating with manufacturing planning teams. In Manufacturing Operations, we will ensure the execution of start plans at factories, optimize factory processes, and support manufacturing sites. In Customer Operations, our task will be to enhance customer satisfaction by identifying supply chain weaknesses and devising optimal solutions for various sites, programs, and devices. Here, understanding our customers’ end markets will aid in business forecasting and anticipating market disruptions. Lastly, within Logistics, we will aim to refine inbound and outbound transportation flows, optimize the finished goods network between factories and distribution centers, and manage direct product deliveries to customers. Our role requires building strong relationships, effective communication, quick adaptation to new systems, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
