仕事内容

Our role involves owning and developing Qt's investor relations program, including strategizing investor targeting, engagement, and scheduling market communications. We must continuously refine Qt's equity story to ensure a clear market narrative that links strategy, financial performance, and valuation drivers. Leading all investor interactions is a critical aspect, including conducting roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings with institutional investors and analysts. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CFO and the leadership team, we provide insights on investor sentiment, consensus expectations, and market positioning. Our responsibilities also include preparing quarterly reports, the annual report, capital markets events, and key disclosures. We translate feedback from investors and analysts into actionable insights for the management team and Board. To succeed, proven experience in investor relations, a strong understanding of financial markets and valuation drivers, and excellent communication skills in Finnish and English are essential. Additionally, the ability to operate at a senior level, offering valuable input to the CFO, is vital in this role.

その他	- 応募要件: Proven experience in investor relations, equity research, or capital markets, ideally in a listed company environment Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation drivers, and how operating performance translates into equity story Ability to operate at senior level, influencing CFO and engaging credibly with institutional investors and analysts Solid grasp of listed company disclosure requirements (Nasdaq Helsinki, EU MAR) and financial reporting principles Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English Structured and independent working style, with ability to manage high-pressure reporting cycles - 望ましい経験: Experience in a growth or software-driven company Track record in capital markets transactions or major strategic events Exposure to ESG / sustainability reporting and CSRD frameworks
