仕事内容
Your ideal profile:BSc or Master Engineering degree from an accredited college or university/1 to 3 years experience in Procurment / Process Engineering or ManufacturingFluent English at negotiation level, other languages are a plusStrong skill in negotiating and developing and maintaining good supplier relationships that will serve TE’s needsStrong knowledge of SAP PR2 and MS-Office tools, primarily Excel, but also Word, PowerPoint and ProjectStrong communications and presentation skillsExperience in working with multicultural and cross disceplin TeamsAbility to read and interpret product drawings and specifications / TermékrajzokStrong problem-solving skills to quickly find solutions for new, never encountered, problematic situationsGood knowledge in Project Management planning/trackingAbility to have interpersonal and political savvy to drive project teamsEffectively lead meetings with both internal customers and external suppliersAbility to travelYour main tasks:Representing NPI Procurement within interdisciplinary Core Team (Regional with Enigineering, Finance, Quality, Business) in development process of new products.Creats and actively tracks RFQ´s within New Product Development ProjectsCreates needed Bidding overviews within New Product Development ProjectsChecks RFQ data in terms of completenessReviewing and distributes offers towads the Core TeamPerfomrs needed sourcing activities including negotiations at suppliersInitiates and tracks orders reltated to tools within New Product Development ProjectsCreates tool and equipment schedules to ensure needed Milestones Oordination with suppliers and activly tracking needed tool progressOrganizes needed Deliverables according to QMP_EMEA088_ATTBasic Process Knowledge in:
MoldingStampingPlatingAssemblyMachiningCold FormingSupports the Core Team to define most economical manufacturing conceptOrganizes and hosts technical reviews with Suppliers and Product EngineeringAnalyze and evaluates price trends on tool and part cost based on market dataEstimates impacts on cost and timing related to tool modificationsDrives internal/external escalatons independentlySupports within the technology roadmap to ensure needed supply base accordinglyEnsures to meet contracted Project Cost Distributes from Procurment to lessons learned activities within assigned product groups.Supports trail runs and process releases for supplier located productionBasic understanding of market situation and customer requirements as well as adapting this information to the dedicated department .Supports within onboarding phase from new team members as assigned BuddyComprehensive process understanding (TE processes)CompetenciesValues: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
