仕事内容
As Signal Integrity Engineers in the D&D Socket team, we focus on the electrical design, simulation, and validation testing of CPU socket and internal connector products aimed at high-speed communications in data centers and wireless infrastructure. We are responsible for independent management of projects concerning signal integrity in socket product and system design, including modeling, simulation, testing, and layout of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Our work involves collaboration with mechanical, manufacturing, and operational teams to execute cutting-edge product designs, ensuring signal integrity performance from initial analysis through prototype fabrication, evaluation, and production verification testing. Key responsibilities include developing new products with mechanical engineers, simulating and directing SI performance to meet targets, developing SI evaluation boards with PCB designers, and validating simulation results through empirical measurement. Additionally, we work with product managers to integrate new businesses and communicate with customers to meet their requirements. Our role encompasses managing technical elements of signal integrity design and validation through development cycles and innovating new methods or refining existing techniques to enhance performance.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: Bachelor’s degree on Electrical Engineering/Electromagnetic Wave Engineering, Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a signal integrity engineering role. Experience with interconnect design or experience with connector. Signal integrity analysis tools (Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS). Test instruments (Vector Network Analyzer, TDR) A solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and electrical circuit behavior. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret simulation and lab data to identify issues and provide solutions to fix the problems. SixSigma methodologies or other strong data analytics background is a PLUS. Cording skill of Python, C++, Visual Basic, Matlab is a PLUS. Familiarity with printed circuit board design, fabrication and assembly. Proficient in Altium Designer is a PLUS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a global environment –, fluent in English (verbal/written), able to collaborate with individuals across geographies. Individual must be highly motivated, a quick learner, and able to work independently. - **望ましい経験**: Printed circuit board design, fabrication and assembly (Altium, AutoCAD).
