仕事内容
Our role in Internal Communications is crucial in fostering internal organizational cohesion. We are responsible for establishing and optimizing the internal communication system to effectively convey corporate strategy, culture, and information. This role serves as a bridge between leadership and employees, aiming to close the communication gap, enhance employee engagement and sense of belonging, and support the smooth operation of business as well as the achievement of organizational goals.
Our daily tasks include collaborating with the regional internal communications team to deliver communications that increase regional employees' awareness and understanding of the business, its strategy, and values. We engage and energize employees towards achieving business objectives. Planning and executing an internal communications plan based on business priorities is essential. We develop and manage various internal communications programs, and we provide executive communications support, which includes message writing, creating General Manager profiles, preparing talking points, and designing town hall and meeting slides.
Collaboration is key, as we partner with regional leadership, HR, and other function leaders to implement overall internal communication initiatives. We are expected to have a BA/BS degree in marketing communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. With over 5 years of marketing experience, we demonstrate an ability to produce effective communications and campaigns. Our competencies include integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork. Travel requirements for this role may range from 10% to 25%, and the position requires onsite presence.
