仕事内容
As a Principal in HR Business Delivery at Syneos Health, we play a critical role in managing and resolving complex Tier 3 HR cases, which include escalations, investigations, and sensitive employee relations matters across various geographies. We serve as subject matter experts and escalation points for HR Business Delivery Specialists, providing crucial coaching and guidance on case handling and policy interpretation. Our responsibilities ensure the consistent application of global HR policies and compliance with local labor laws.
We partner with Regional Governance and PSN teams to ensure our delivery practices align with enterprise standards, particularly during large-scale organizational changes such as restructures, divestitures, and integrations. Our efforts in HR service delivery are geared towards continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and knowledge sharing. We contribute to building and maintaining an HR knowledge base and self-service tools.
As part of our role, we analyze case trends and metrics to identify risks and inform strategic decisions that improve employee experience. We work in collaboration with HRBPs, CoEs, and legal teams to ensure compliance and effective resolution of employee relations issues. We also provide comprehensive employee relations services, manage performance processes, and conduct workplace investigations, all while offering performance guidance and engagement counseling to foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
Furthermore, we support talent initiatives and the performance management process, contribute to cross-functional projects, and may lead or mentor HR professionals in delivery practices. Our expertise in HR operations, employee relations, case management, and strategic thinking enhances the development of scalable, compliant, and employee-centric HR practices across Syneos Health, aiding in driving impactful health solutions globally.
