仕事内容
We are responsible for overseeing and executing the Site Start-Up (SSU) processes at the country level. This involves managing the quality of deliverables and ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable country regulations. We track milestone progress using agreed systems, address any delays with rationale and contingency plans, and escalate issues promptly. Our duties include monitoring project financials, maintaining adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring accurate training records and timesheet compliance. Additionally, we support the continuous improvement of SSU components, such as submissions and essential document collection. Key responsibilities also include preparing and submitting various applications and notifications to regulatory authorities and ethics committees, managing essential document packages for site activation, and facilitating communication between investigational sites and other functional teams. We act as subject matter advisors on regulatory intelligence, ensuring local requirements are adhered to and providing support for data protection and contract negotiations. Through collaboration with the Site contracts service center and Sponsor Agreement Managers, we ensure site-specific contracts and budgets are prepared and negotiated effectively. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and compliant site activation process, supporting clinical trial success by strategically selecting the right sites for studies. Having a detailed understanding of clinical trial processes, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential for fulfilling these responsibilities effectively.
