仕事内容

As part of our team at Syneos Health, we focus on overseeing and ensuring the integrity of clinical research studies through comprehensive monitoring of data and processes. Our work involves both on-site and remote activities, including site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management, and close-out visits. We ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as ICH-GCP, Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice, and protocol standards. Our responsibilities include evaluating site performance, providing site-specific recommendations, and developing action plans for serious issues that may arise.

We maintain a thorough understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines and company procedures. Our function includes verifying informed consent processes, safeguarding patient confidentiality, and evaluating clinical data integrity and patient safety at site locations. We conduct detailed reviews of site documents and medical records, ensuring clinical data is accurately and completely recorded in case report forms.

Additionally, we manage site-level activities and communication to meet project objectives and timelines, remaining adaptable to changing priorities. We act as liaisons with study site personnel and ensure all project-specific site team members are adequately trained and compliant with applicable requirements. We participate in Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings to ensure robust audit readiness and support for audit preparations.

Our role includes collaborating across functions for real-world late-phase studies, supporting site activities from identification to close-out, and training junior staff as needed. We engage in proactive site suggestions based on local knowledge and collaborate broadly with sponsor affiliates and local teams to drive the success of clinical trials.
