仕事内容
As Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) at Syneos Health, we oversee the progression of clinical research studies ensuring compliance with regulatory, ICH-GCP, and Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practices. Our primary duties include conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities, and close-out visits both onsite and remotely. This includes evaluating the performance of site staff and making recommendations for site-specific actions. We are responsible for ensuring that informed consent processes are correctly documented and that data integrity and subject safety are maintained. We also verify that clinical data entered in case report forms is complete and correct, and we ensure compliance with electronic data capture requirements. Our role involves collaboration with site personnel and the Central Monitoring Associate to prepare sites for audits and to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness.
We support investigator sites with maintaining their files in accordance with the Trial Master File and local guidelines. In addition, we manage investigational product inventories and verify their administration and storage. CRAs are expected to prepare and attend meetings, provide training for site personnel, and ensure team members comply with study-specific requirements. We engage in site support throughout the study lifecycle, from identification through close-out, and may train junior staff. Our responsibilities encompass using data analytics and risk-based monitoring to identify and address any potential issues. Additionally, we work closely with sponsors, affiliates, and local country staff to ensure successful trial outcomes. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to travel up to 75% as needed.
