仕事内容

説明The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team is looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands on and customer obsessed Sr. Process Engineer to drive standardization and innovation in physical infrastructure, layout and material flow across our Last Mile delivery network. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead optimization of AMZL Delivery Stations by continuously driving processes innovations, developing safe & efficient process equipment and creating Infrastructure design standards.At Amazon, you'll work alongside the latest AI and GenAI tools that are increasingly woven into how teams operate: from AI-powered capabilities that accelerate decision-making, to Generative AI that helps you focus on work that truly matters. 基本条件- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field- Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools- 5+ years of experience leading projects related to process improvement, equipment design or layout optimization- Business level English
