説明*Business level of Japanese language skill (reading, writing, speaking) is required for this position Amazon Japan is looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join us as Financial Analyst, Transportation in our headquarters in Tokyo. This leader will provide key decision-making support for Amazon Transportation business, including delivery service, capacity, network design and cost of our commercial transportation partners as well as our own Amazon network. The successful candidate will have the ability to tackle multiple projects and efficiently execute results. The right individual will have strong leadership skills and solid business acumen capable of driving results and improving processes. He or she will have operated successfully in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. The successful candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize. Key Responsibilities include: - Ensuring exceptional controllership across our Amazon Transportation spending, including overseeing the monthly close process, ensuring proper controls are in place to protect the Company’s assets, and auditing data to ensure its accuracy - Monitoring and driving the performance of the Amazon Transportation functions, including overseeing preparing and reviewing daily and weekly operational and financial metrics, and using these metrics to drive continuous operational improvement - Championing technology and automation improvements for the finance function, including participating in the implementation of new operational tools - Continuously seeking out opportunities for delivery experience improvements and cost reduction, and partnering with operations leadership to implement the opportunitiesMore Information (Japanese Only)・Department: Finance・Job:Finance・Location:Tokyo Office*Business you will be responsible for: Supply Chain Management(SCM)/Middle Mile・Voice of employee - Finance department・Voice of employee - FinanceFinance/Tokyo Office/H.L.Learn more about the overall Japan Operations Finance team:Ops Finance

基本条件- BA/BS degree- 7+ years of related experience.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information in an effective way.- Proven ability to solve complex problems using data and metrics.- Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with business partners.- Superb attention to details and organizational skills.
