Our FCs in Japan carry millions of products, shipped to customers around the world every day. You will start by gaining a thorough understanding of the 'flow of goods' within the FC, and from there, you will take on responsibilities for making changes and improvements from an IT perspective. You will be expected to support the construction and operation of IT infrastructure, ensuring that all IT systems within the FC run smoothly and reliably at all times. No two days at Amazon are the same — you will thrive in an environment of constant change and diversity. You will be responsible for building IT infrastructure from the ground up at delivery stations and fulfillment centers equipped with Amazon Robotics — our state-of-the-art technology — providing go-live support until our internal customers, the Operations team, are fully up and running, as well as overseeing full system replacements at end-of-lifecycle. 基本条件- Bachelor's degree- 2+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience- 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience- 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience- 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience- 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience- 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)
