Quality reviews are conducted daily, weekly, and monthly and are reported in network-wide reviews.Daily duties include coordinating with DSP on routing outputs for a smooth departure on OTD (On Time Departure) for the day, DD (Deep Dive) on D-1 (Day 1) performance coming up with RCA and action items, DS with DSP on performance, safety and operational SOPs. Includes regular reviews. 基本条件- 3+ years of program or project management experience- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)- Bachelor's degree- Business level of Japanese- Business level of English
