仕事内容
We, at Accenture, are seeking a Security Market Development Director focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities in the field of Security Services, particularly in Identity Access Management and related services. Your primary responsibilities involve building and managing relationships with key client account leads, identifying and solving client pain points through innovative security solutions, and developing tailored roadmaps leveraging Accenture's security offerings. You will interact with senior management levels within client organizations and Accenture to determine pursuit strategies, develop client contact plans, and apply industry-leading security transformation and operations strategies. You will proactively prospect new opportunities through direct client contact and ensure their progression through to advanced stages of the sales cycle, aiming for measurable business expansion. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in business development within professional services with a focus on security, as well as experience in sales pursuit management and meeting a sales quota. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential, and you must be able to travel from Monday to Thursday. Additionally, you should have experience working with ecosystem partners, be able to engage with C-Level clients, and possess a high energy level to thrive in client environments. | その他 | - 応募要件: Minimum of 5 years of Business Development in the professional services space – specifically Security Services including Identity Access Management and other Security Related Services.Minimum of 5 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales with quota of $8M+Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience - 望ましい経験: Previous experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing Security.ExperienceworkingwithinSecuritycustomers.Selling the latest in Identity Access Management, Managed Detection & Response, SIEM, Zero Trust, SASE, etc.Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.Demonstrated commitment, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.Ability to discuss network modernization and operations “on the fly” with VP+ clients and working level technical resourcesExperience working with ecosystem partners and hyperscalersHigh energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.Unquestionableprofessionalintegrity,credibility andcharacter. |
