仕事内容
私たちは、Security Market Development Directorとして、セキュリティ機会の開発に重点を置いた営業の専門家としての役割を担います。このポジションは、クライアントアカウントリード（CALs）との主要な関係を築き、クライアントの課題と成長目標を解決する機会を見出すために、差別化されたロードマップとフレームワークを活用します。具体的には、複雑な技術ビジネス上の問題や機会を特定し、セキュリティ提供の基盤に基づく差別化された機会を創出します。また、クライアントやアクセンチュア社内の経営陣とやり取りし、追求戦略を定め、クライアントの連絡計画と関係性を構築します。さらに、新たな機会を迅速に資格査定しステージ2B（価格提案）まで進展させることに集中します。この役割には、毎週月曜から木曜までの出張が含まれます。
必要なスキルには、プロフェッショナルサービス分野、特にセキュリティサービス（アイデンティティアクセス管理など）における5年以上のビジネス開発経験、8Mドル以上の売上目標を持つ直販経験が求められます。また、ハイレベルのクライアント関係管理能力、ネットワークの近代化や運用に関する即興的な議論能力、エコシステムパートナーやハイパースケーラーと協力する経験も重要です。これらの活動を通じて、クライアントに影響力を持ち、革新的なセキュリティ解決策を提供します。

| その他 | - **応募要件**: • Minimum of 5 years of Business Development in the professional services space – specifically Security Services including Identity Access Management and other Security Related Services. • Minimum of 5 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales with quota of $8M+ • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience - **望ましい経験**: • Previous experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing Security. • Experience working within Security customers. • Selling the latest in Identity Access Management – Ping – Sailpoint - Cyberark • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management. • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment. • Demonstrated commitment, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian. • Ability to discuss network modernization and operations “on the fly” with VP+ clients and working level technical resources • Experience working with ecosystem partners and hyperscalers • High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments. • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities. • Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility and character. |
