仕事内容
私たちの役割は、金融業界をターゲットにしたアカウント営業であり、SCSKグループのリソースをフルに活用し、顧客のビジネス戦略を深く理解しながら最適なITソリューションを提案することです。具体的には、顧客からの情報を収集し、戦略的なアカウントプランを作成して推進します。また、幅広い部門との連携を通じて、顧客との関係性を深め、新規ビジネスや共創活動の機会を見出します。対象とする顧客層には、メガバンクや大手信託銀行が含まれ、要件に基づいて提案活動やソリューション創出を行います。
日常業務では、既存システムの強化提案や老朽化したシステムの改修を見据えた提案を行います。新規領域には、弊社グループのソリューションを活用し、時間をかけて関係を築く中で長期的な案件を育てていきます。この過程では、AMLやクラウド、セキュリティを含む多岐にわたる技術的な提案がなされ、顧客のIT戦略実現をサポートします。
最終的には、顧客と共に新たなビジネス構築を目指し、持続的な成長を支援することが求められます。このポジションに適した方は、顧客との強固なリレーションを築き、戦略的な思考と自律性で組織を牽引する能力が求められます。
