仕事内容
As a Program Manager for the AWS Early Career Talent (ECT) Program, we are responsible for overseeing and driving the entirety of our Early Career programs lifecycle. This involves designing and implementing robust end-to-end initiatives such as internships, residency, and field progression programs. Our Internship Program focuses on creating enriching experiences for students that inspire and convert top performers to full-time roles. Concurrently, our Hiring Program collaborates with various stakeholders to develop efficient hiring pipelines that aim to meet recruitment targets while enhancing talent quality.
In the Residency Program, we manage post-hire enablement curricula such as TechU and shadowing rotations to ensure new hires transition smoothly from classroom to customer-facing roles. We also develop and maintain clear criteria for leveling, milestones, and promotional pathways to foster growth and field readiness in early-career talents through our Field Progression Mechanism.
Additionally, part of our role is to identify operational gaps and create scalable mechanisms including dashboards and playbooks, to continuously improve all ECT-related processes. Our role demands cross-functional collaboration with different AWS sectors such as Solutions Architecture, HR, and Recruiting to ensure program alignment and efficacy.
In essence, this job is about nurturing the next generation of AWS technical leaders by maintaining a structured, innovative, and inclusive approach designed to help early-career professionals thrive within the AWS environment.

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Experience owning and delivering end-to-end program outcomes across multiple workstreams with competing priorities - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Fluent in both Japanese and English (business level or above; reading, writing, and speaking in both languages) - **望ましい経験**: - Experience designing or operating early career, graduate, internship, or talent development programs - Familiarity with the AWS or broader cloud/technology ecosystem - Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Recruiting, HR, Engineering, Sales) in a matrixed organization - Experience building scalable mechanisms, playbooks, or standard operating procedures that reduce operational toil - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA) and collaboration platforms - PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus |
