仕事内容
私たちは、関東地域におけるハイパースケールデータセンターの新築および資本アップグレードプロジェクトをリードするシニアデータセンター建設マネージャー（Sr. CM）を募集しています。Sr. CMは、複数のプロジェクトのスコープ、コスト、スケジュール、品質を管理し、高度な意思決定を行いながら、地域のキャパシティデリバリータイムラインに影響を与える成果を推進します。
主な業務には、データセンタープロジェクトの全ステージでのプログラムレベルのデリバリー管理、日常的な施工業者のパフォーマンスと安全遵守の確保、複雑なRFIの解決、技術的決定の調整、契約および商業的な変更管理、そしてプログラムレベルのメトリクスやリスク、意思決定に関する報告が含まれます。また、コスト削減やスケジュール短縮のための戦略を開発し、実施します。
さらに、内部ガバナンス、品質保証、規制、およびセキュリティ基準の遵守を保ち、リスク、問題、変更管理フレームワークを設計、実施し、ポートフォリオレベルでのリスク軽減を図ります。シニアリーダーシップやクロスファンクショナルチームの代表として調整と意思決定を推進し、建設戦略の形成、標準化機会の特定、施設の耐久性やオペレーション性能の向上にも努めます。
技術的専門知識が求められ、建設管理の経験や日本語と英語でのコミュニケーション能力が必要とされます。データセンターの設計、試運転、建設の経験が豊富であることは歓迎されます。

| その他 | - **応募要件**: - Experience in construction management of large, complex projects involving large-scale mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) plants - Technical specialization in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline - Business-level fluency in Japanese and English, including the ability to communicate technical concepts in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders。 - **望ましい経験**: - Experience in construction of data center delivery (design, commissioning and construction), mission critical facilities, or equivalent industrial/manufacturing facility builds - Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region - Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications - Speak, write, and read fluently in English |
