仕事内容
As a Telco Engagement Manager at AWS, we lead project teams to deliver AWS cloud products and services that help telecommunications customers achieve their business goals. Our responsibilities include managing large and complex Telco projects, ensuring successful outcomes, and improving delivery and operation quality. We utilize our understanding of AWS technologies, partner ecosystems, and relevant solutions to guide the development and implementation of scalable, long-term solutions for clients.
In this role, we define and share best practices across teams, mentor others, and collaborate to develop new capabilities that overcome delivery obstacles. We anticipate and manage risks and stakeholder challenges and make informed decisions to guide our customers towards meeting their technical and business objectives. Additionally, we articulate framework perspectives, guiding clients in defining and broadening their business strategies and goals.
To excel, we establish long-term strategic relationships with Telco clients, serve as Product Owners to effectively communicate client needs, manage stakeholder feedback, and ensure delivery quality. We bring a wealth of experience in project management from the Telco industry, and a deep understanding of technology scenarios applicable to Telco customers. By fostering cross-organizational collaboration, we establish best practices across domains and evolve technical documentation standards to enhance delivery methodology.

| その他 | - 応募要件: 基本条件- PMP or any other relevant project management certification(s)- 10 + years Telco industry experience, familiar with Telco network and its operation- 7 + years of Project Management lead experience - 望ましい経験: 歓迎条件- Has deep and broad understanding of principles that apply to technology scenarios for Telco customers, industries, or technology domains- Has led significantly complex and/or transformational engagements- Assists customers to envision business objectives and implement solutions- Fluent in communicating technical concepts to both technical and business audiences- Leads cross-org initiatives requiring the consensus and collaboration of many teams- Establishes best practices in a deeply understood domain and/or broadly across organizations- Develops scaled mechanisms to create and evolve technical documentation; defines documentation standards- Defines, educates/mentors, and provides engagement-specific guidance on delivery methodology |
