仕事内容
As a Solutions Architect within the Global Automotive team at AWS, our primary role is to serve as a trusted customer advocate, facilitating the understanding and adoption of advanced cloud solutions by global automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). We collaborate with clients, AWS Sales, and cross-functional teams to create scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address specific business challenges, consequently driving the adoption of AWS services. A significant aspect of our responsibility involves partnering with the Sales team to enhance revenue growth across a diverse customer base.
In our daily tasks, we formulate and execute sales strategies designed to exceed revenue goals through AWS usage. We are responsible for educating customers on the benefits of AWS, conducting in-depth architectural discussions, and delivering training sessions to share knowledge with existing or prospective AWS users. We are proactive in capturing and sharing best practices within the AWS Solutions Architect community, often authoring or contributing to customer-facing publications such as white papers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior technical stakeholders is crucial, as this enables them to advocate for cloud solutions within their organizations.
As technical liaisons, we bridge the gap between customers, service engineering, and support teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution of issues. We bring a blend of deep technical expertise and interpersonal skills, with a proven history in software or technology sales or consulting. Our role requires strategic thinking to connect technology with measurable business value and drive effective solution adoption. We are committed to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of cloud technology and skills necessary to make our work engaging and impactful for our clients.
