仕事内容
As Solutions Architects (SAs) at Amazon Web Services (AWS), we are responsible for spearheading technology strategies and nurturing senior-level relationships with enterprise media customers, particularly focusing on the Broadcast, Streaming, and Media Supply Chain. Our role is central to the transformation of the Media and Entertainment (M&E) industries through technology. We educate customers, partners, systems integrators, and strategic consultancies on emerging technologies and solutions that are pivotal to the M&E, Games, and Sports industries. By engaging in hands-on architecture work, we facilitate projects that utilize AWS services alongside Independent Software Vendor (ISV) or partner solutions.
A key aspect of our role involves building and disseminating content and educational materials, conducting presentations to audiences both large and small. This requires us to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English and Japanese, to effectively convey insights and establish AWS as the preferred cloud platform for media organizations.
Our responsibilities extend to anticipating industry trends and identifying emerging technological applications to enhance workflow efficiencies and foster consumer engagement. We work on various use cases, including live event production on AWS cloud, channel playout origination, master control rooms, advertising signaling and insertion, distribution and monitoring, post-production workflows, media archives and asset management, data science initiatives, and content monetization strategies. Furthermore, we contribute thought leadership by driving innovation within our customer base and helping them to leverage cloud technologies for revenue acceleration and asset optimization.
