仕事内容
As a member of our Cloud Renewals team, you will actively participate in managing customer relationships and renewal opportunities within SAP's cloud portfolio. You will engage with customers and partners, prepare commercial materials, and analyze account data to support renewal efforts. Your role involves identifying potential retention risks and assisting in cross-sell and upsell initiatives. Additionally, you will gain hands-on experience in negotiation, customer retention, partner management, and the customer value journey during live commercial discussions.
You will collaborate closely with Cloud Renewals Executives and other teams, connecting customer needs with SAP's solutions. Your involvement in important business discussions will be crucial in building long-term customer relationships and supporting revenue growth. Throughout this internship, you will develop real commercial skills and professional relationships while gaining firsthand experience in how a global technology leader manages customer success, renewals, and business growth.
