仕事内容

We work as Deployment Strategists, playing a critical role as customer-facing advisors who help enterprise customers define and implement AI strategies. Our mission is to shape agentic solutions using Salesforce's AI capabilities and ensure their adoption leads to measurable results. We engage in focused, time-sensitive projects, typically lasting 12 weeks or less, which may cover single or multiple strategic accounts. Our responsibilities include leading customer engagements throughout the entire lifecycle from identification through deployment and consumption, ensuring that the solutions deliver scalable value.

We are responsible for crafting AI strategies and architectures, conducting design workshops, and collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers to align business strategy with technical execution. Additionally, we oversee deployment timelines, manage stakeholder communications, and track progress to mitigate risks. It is our duty to focus on adoption and consumption metrics, identify early blockers, and strategize to maximize value realization.

Our role involves being the main point of contact for customers, fostering trust-based relationships with stakeholders, and delivering proposals in business terms. We also assess and guide customers on AI readiness, ensuring responsible AI practices are integrated from the outset. By translating field insights into actionable feedback, we influence the Salesforce Agentic AI platform roadmap, thereby playing a vital part in its continuous development.

Candidates must have over four years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership, with expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and relevant programming skills. An understanding of AI/ML concepts is beneficial, particularly in regulated industries, along with the ability to manage projects in complex environments.

その他	- 応募要件: 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology. You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory) - this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud. Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex. Proven ability to lead and own complex, ambiguous engagements end-to-end — from discovery through to measurable outcomes. Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design, and responsible AI practices. Strong project and programme management skills — ability to run multiple workstreams, manage stakeholder expectations, and keep delivery on track in ambiguous environments. Ability to travel 25% of the time to customer sites. Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal). - 望ましい経験: Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce platform, and Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing). Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in regulated industries (e.g., public sector, financial services, healthcare). Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect) or similar platform certifications such as Microsoft, Oracle, or similar platforms. Background in change management, organisational design, or enterprise transformation. Experience with AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs, including NLP, RAG architectures, and model evaluation frameworks. A get-things-done mindset with strong bias for action — comfortable operating in unstructured fast moving environments.
