仕事内容
As an Informatica Account Executive within our Enterprise segment, we focus on engaging with strategic customers and organizations comprising 5000-10,000+ employees. Our primary role is to work closely with these clients, particularly targeting their C-level executives, to drive complex digital transformation strategies using our Intelligent Data Management Cloud™ (IDMC). We are responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, helping them maximize their Salesforce investments. This involves not only nurturing existing customer relationships but also identifying new opportunities through proactive prospecting. Our day-to-day tasks include strategizing for current accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and coordinating internal resources to meet customer demands. Additionally, we contribute to developing long-term strategic plans for each account, ensuring they align with the customer's business objectives. We collaborate closely with Prime and Cloud sales teams to ensure a unified strategy and communicate the value propositions of Informatica and Salesforce to both existing and potential customers. To be successful in this role, extensive sales experience, particularly in Enterprise Sales, is essential. Familiarity with technical platforms and integration/API markets is also preferred, along with experience in managing large key accounts and strategic planning abilities. Our ultimate goal is to propel growth and ensure the satisfaction of both existing and new accounts.
